RENTAL RATES

A non refundable booking deposit of £100 per week is required to secure your booking.

  Your outstanding balance is due 10 weeks before travel   

Security deposit of £100 required with your outstanding balance  10 weeks before travel, refundable after our management company tells us all is well with the villa.

Weekly fees include all taxes and services and cleaning after each rental.

Pool heating £75 per week recommended October to March
